it's very fat in memory, and the interface is too restrictive (too damn
windows-like in that sense). I can't say I really use Gnome either, it's
just a usefull little bar on the bottom of my Enlightenment environment,
not a complete desktop metaphore, yada yada... (I killed gmc and other
useless bits)

they SUPPORT it, but not doing any actual KDE 2.0 development AFAIK.
