I had this problem before

The only way I know is that you'll need to find a solution (which is only 
for Windows) to convert bin/cue to ISO - and that is not easy (bin/cue 
format is much wider than ISO since it let you specify many parameter for 
copy protected CD's, empty gaps, create wrong ID's on CD's etc)

BTW: The Next version of VMWare will let you burn CD's on your virtual 
machine - so you can run your favorite bin/cue program under VMWare, and 
burn the CD's..
