I think that if we want more people to use linux we should first shouw
them what is linux..
give them some screenshots of X.. people love to look at screenshots..
and i think that every one.. even most experienced windows user will
search for beautifull screenshots of linux, before even he will think
about installing it.. so what i suggest is: that everybody will send
screenshots of his X.. then we will chose the best ones and put on the
site..
i gurantee you.. it will make a lot of people install linux..
about 18 of my friends installed linux just after looking at the
X/Gnome/Enlightment configuration i have.. even before they understand
what is linux after all.. and after they installed it.. it took them
about 1-3 weeks to understand how the linux works.. and now they don't
want even look at windows :)
I can send you some of mine screenshots for the start!
