It is? I swear no Microsoft bashing intended, but whenever I had the
misfortune to need something from Microsoft (like documentation of RTF, a
reader for DOC format, etc.) I found it impossible to navigate in that site.
It simply didn't give me any comprehensive way of understanding where to look
for things. And their search engine is abominable, but so are most of the
search engines I have seen.
