In case you are willing to be satisfied with an external box:
1) You can rent one from Bezeq.
2) I forgot the company name but try to call ECI and ask about it. If you'll
be able to explain yourself clearly and get luck to talk to the right person
you might get their number (for an external box). Actually, Bezeq might give
you a name + phone number too.
BTW: Will the ADSL be charged per minute of use? ADSL 700kbps seems better
then most FR lines, isn't it?
