First of all, welcome :)
The meetings do not require any signing up, and are of course
free, so just come to the IDC. Last time I've got there from
Jerusalem, it took 3 busses:
480 : Jerusalem -> Rakevet Tzafon, Tel-Aviv
502 : Rakevet Tzafon, Tel-Aviv -> Herzelia
On the big bus parking near Rakevet Tzafon,
go to the 480 Bus Stop (the one going to Jerusalem),
then cross the road, walk a little till the bus stop
and you'll see the 502 one.
20 (If I'm not mistaken) : Herezlia Central Bus Station -> IDC
It would be a good idea to mention where you live,
since there are people in our group which have cars
and are whilling (I assume) to give you a ride to the IDC.
