We met yesterday at LinuxQA to discuss the IW2K booth we are orginizing.
Meeting was chaired by Eitan Shefer.
Attended the meeting:
Eitan Shefer, Erely, Adi, Ury, Chen, Nir, Alex landsberg, Shaul, Marc, Ury.
People who'll be at the booth:
>From LinuxQA: Eitan, Adi, Ury, (Izar?) and half a Marc.
Others: Guy Keren, Alex Shnitmann, Nir, Erely, (Alex Landsberg?)
We still need more people - so if you have some time - volunteer!
Especially for wednsday when almost everyone wll be in the Linux lectures.

Software to Install (we'll try to have everything installed on every computer):

Samba, VMWare, LinuxConf, Webmill, Imap-exchange interaction, Qtext under wine,
KDE+GNOME, codeforge, glade, ddd, sniff, video streaming, gedit + fribidi,
XOSView, PoVRay, Oracle, Galaxy File Manager. SAL (scietific Applications)
Software we may install:
Samba, Zope, Proxy+firewall, palm pilot tools, VPN+SSH+X
Freebies to give:
All volunteers get IW2K Linux t-shirt (so volunteer!)
We give away: information pages (duh!), stickers, (keychains?)

Get a Hub - Alex L.
Get a booth and internet connection - chen
Write a brochour - Toastie
Orginize volunteers - Shaul Karl
Designe T-shirt - Chen / Toastie
Install software - Shaul Karl will organize a party with LinuxQA
Design the booth (banners, etc.) - ?

All orginizations should be *done* by next tuesday.
