To port? Dov already has GTK reversed widgets which just override
the default input widget to provide some basic reversing, and is
based on his own fribidi engine.
His new GTK BiDi widget supports fully correct BiDi and
Alt+(R|L)Shift mappings. If I'll get some time and boredom,
I'll try to make it plug over the regular widget just
as Matan Ziv-Av's netscape bidi thing does.
About hebrew translation, all GTK text output widgets should
do BiDi convertion so that LOCALEd messages could be stored internally
as Logical (ISO standard!) internally. No more visual hacking.
