Not all of them, not all. Now there are registrars that work directly with
net-sol database, and can provide same service as net-sol for less money
(if they wish to, obviously). I don't think internic.co.il is one of them
though - but I'm not sure. Just see their prices and if it more than
$70 (not including domain parking) - don't pay. Or do pay, if you want to
pay for someone to fill out all the forms instead of you.
