Interesting point. Just to take it a bit further, having done some
simultaeous interpretation, I think either simultaneous or consecutive
interpretation of such a lecture would be non-trivial, not to mention
aesthetically unsatisfying for the interpreter, due to the nature of the
bulk of the jargon.
