A note to $WEBMASTER:
since we have a very short collective memory, and tend to have the same
issues repeated once a month - perhaps we should have a page "decissions
reached" with all the topics we managed to agree on. This way we'll know
what not to rediscuss. (Is it too optimistic to hope that people will read
the page before posting and keep quiet about agreed topic?)
