I've installed RH6.0 on 3 computers with 8 Giga SCSI drives on a more than 5G partition. Lilo worked fine, out of the box. no tinkering was necessary. I assume you just saw the fdisk warning and was scared. If you have an actual problem - I'd like to see the problem (what does lilo say? what is in your lilo.conf?)
