I'm assuming that you burn those copies on a
Linux workstation/the samba server itself? Otherwise
I see no reason why there should be a problem (if you're
using an smb client, ie winnt/95/whatever).

If so, compile your kernel with NLS support.
You'll obviously need the hebrew character set (ISO8859-8)
compiled in as well (or as a module).
Also use the hebrew codepage (862). Then burn
the CD using the Joliet FS. As far as I know,
Rock-Ridge does not support foreign character sets.

BTW, I use Samba on several servers, none of them
with special configuration (meaning the extra
valid characters in smb.conf) but they still handle
hebrew filenames quite well.
