Promise, not H* something.

But you don't need it. Most of the recent motherboard have a built-in
support for 66. Some of them are very cheap ($80-$90). Of course
cheaper than motherboard+controller.

In any case, you need a special IDE patch, but I heard that it is
almost impossible to notice the difference between 33 and 66; These
disks are fast more because of their RPM (7200), their cache (2MB),
and other technologies that IBM used in them, and less because of
their IDE interface. So in the worst case, you can disable the 66,
and lose only 2%-3%.
