In the default Squid config (at least the one that came with my
installation) there's an acl called Safe_ports that lists the ports
that connections are allowed to, so you can add 81, 82 there (the most
common alternative ports). If you don't care at all you can remove the
line that says "http_access deny !Safe_ports" and it will allow any
port.
