Thanks for the reply. I was pretty sure there would be no problem. My
main problem is finding out how to turn on termination on the
disk. The disk has a label with the function of each jumper -
something like this:
. . . . . . . .
. . . . . . . . .
|_____| | | | | | | |
SCSI ID | | | | | | |
| | | | | | SP sync
| | | | | Reserved
| | | | AC Low
| | | Spin Up
| | +5V
| Busy
Fault
This refers to a bank of 8 jumpers on the side of the disk - easy to
find, and irrelevant to my problem.
Then, there is a second diagram - something like this:
. . Enable
. . Unused
. . Power
1
____________
Termination
This looks like just what I need, except that I can't find a set of 6
pins anywhere. There is a set of 4 pins, but 4 is not equal to 6.
Does anyone have any ideas ?
