Strange problem: I use the Barak ISP. At some stage, about
2 months ago, my connection started failing at the LCP ConfigRequest stage,
complaining that the line is "not 7 bit clean" and that all 7th bits
come out 0. I eventually dispaired of barak, subscribed to HUJI (the
Hebrew U), and that gave me the same problem.
THIS PROBLEM DOES NOT OCCUR WHEN I USE BARAK IN TEL AVIV,
03 AREA.
Any Ideas ?
