I also am not a very great user of Windows. I assume that it is the same as for Word, for which I have done it. You build a printer as a dummy in addition to the current printers in your system. I use the "AST TurboLaser-PS" printer. I have found that it is satisfactory for my purposes. You do this by "Printers --> Add Printer --> Local printer --> AST --> etc." After I built the printer I can send documents to it and request files instead of directly to the printer which does not exsist. I just checked and my Wordpad has access to this printer in my system. Shlomo
