fdisk isn't used for mounting. For mount, use "mount". You should have
NTFS support enabled in the kernel for this (see "Filesystems" in kernel
configuration). AFAIK, NTFS can be mounted from Linux only in read-only
mode.

I saw some once, but I think it was commercial. It had trial version then,
so if you need to do it once, look for it. Maybe it gone free in the
meantime.
