i didn't get many answears to this, but solved it in the end, so if anyone
is interested, the problem is that xemacs only recognises iso-8859-1 fonts
(or at list wont recgnise iso-8859-8), and another problem is that it will
default to the english version if exists. So the solution is to make new
font with a new name. for example:
-hebrew-courierh-medium-r-normal--0-0-0-0-m-0-iso8859-1
-hebrew-courier-medium-r-normal--0-0-75-75-m-0-iso8859-8
(they are supposed to be on the same line)
this wont work:
-hebrew-courier-medium-r-normal--10-100-0-0-m-0-iso8859-1
-hebrew-courier-medium-r-normal--10-100-75-75-m-0-iso8859-8
because it defaults to the english courier font instead (notice that it is
courierh in the first version and courier in the second)
