Hi list.

I've tried to install MySQL from rpm (thought I'd give an SQL database a
try - maybe it is easier the using flat files), and while the installtion
was running I got the following error message :

mysql ##################################################
Updating etc/rc.config...
ERROR: fillup not found. This should not happen. Please compare
etc/rc.config and etc/rc.config.mysql and update by hand.

Do I have to mention that I didn't find a /etc/rc.config , nor a
/etc/rc.config.mysql ?

the RPM package I downloaded from a SuSE 6.2 distribution. I didn't seem
to find a MySQL package in the RH CD..

Patiently awaiting your input..

Oded
