do (as root)
mount -t msdos /dev/<partision name> /<mount point>
where partition name is something like hda3 (for disk one, partition 3).
Fill in the apropriate partition.
mount point is any apropriate directory.
Didn't find yet how to give a normal user write access though, if anyone
can help me on that :)
you can enter the info into /etc/fstab to do it automaticly on startup.
(see the syntax, self explenatory mostly, or read man)
