Hi Guy,

  After reading your e-mail, and reading a few more FAQ's and a white
paper, I've come to a simpler yet very efficiant solution. I do admit that
it might have some weak points, but I couldn't find them, yet.
Here is the basic concept:

Linux is named : mail.mydomain.com
Exchange is named : exchange.mydomain.com

  I mailconf, I've set the mail server to exchange.mydomain.com while I
declare the domain as mydomain.com, and the SMTP host is
mail.mydomain.com. I also mark the recieve email for mydomain.com flag, so
that the linux will recieve the mail. The DNS points the domain to the
linux, with an MX record. Then, adding a small massquerading on the linux
like this - @exchange.mydomain.com -> @mydomain.com.
  I've setup the exchange to use the linux as and SMTP host, and walla,
all the I needed. Of course I had to define a rule on the Firewall, but
that was a simple thing.

Best regards,
  Nir Simionovich
