Hi All,

It's been a while since I've written to the list, but here goes. I have
a small problem regarding the configuration of Sendmail and bind, in order
to relay mail over my home network. Here is the configuration that is
going to be working, as soon as they will install my FR line:

A machine running CheckPoint FireWall 1 whois be connected directly to
my Cisco 2514 router, the firewall would have 2 ethernet cards connected
to the indise. One is connected to the real network, that has a Microsoft
NT Server with Exchange, on the other leg (a DMZ) I will have a linux
machine that I want to use as a mail forwarder.

Every mail that will reach the linux, will be forwarded automaticly to
the Exchange Server on the inside, the rule will be defined on the
firewall of course. Every computer on the local Lan, would use the Linux
as the SMTP machine. The second part isn't a problem, cause that's a
normal configuration, but how do I make it forward all mails to the
Exchange, without opening users on the linux machine ?

If you're asking why am I using Exchange on the inner Lan, it's cause
not only I use this network, and the people using asked for a means to
setup appointments and meetings (neighbors and such) in hebrew, most of
them can't write a single word in english.

Best regards,
  Nir Simionovich
