I have SCSI external one and that's what I'd recommend. It works really
plig-n-play, most SCSI CD-R have cheap SCSI card included, and you have no
problem with all this parallel and supported/unsupported story. Also, I
think higher speed CDRs are only SCSI (the reason is clear - SCSI is
faster). I personally have TEAC CDR, but I suppose any recent SCSI would
go.
