Your best bet here is to place copyright notices all around your pages,
stating that you strickly disallow using any material without your written
permission (don't forget to consult your lawer).  This is basically the
only thing you can do, due to the nature of the HTTP protocol. 

What you CAN prevent is the following situation - someone tries to open
your page inside his own frame.  This could be prevented using JavaScript,
but it is quite long to explain and has nothing to do with either Apache
or Linux. For more info try:
