Hi, I'm trying to fix a home network of 2 Linux machines (RH6 , 2.2.10 kernels). The network works perfect but I just cant make NFS to work. I've compiled the kernels with NFS support (double checked it) and still somehow the rpc.nfsd refuses to load, both at boot time and afterwards, reporting: "nfssvc: Function not implemented" once I also got : "getfh: Function not implemented" Some rpc's are loaded o.k. at boot: rqoutad, statd, but rpc.mountd only load manually when I call it, not at boot. Also, the portmapper starts as it should, before those rpc's awake. I've checked the NFS-HOWTO (unupdated), LDP-NAG and other sources for info... Any ideas ? Thanks, Boaz. ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
