Hi Micha,
Of course there's official RTL support in Mule. Xemacs itself doesn't
include all of Mule's features, though, and doesn't support RTL fully.
If you meant Xemacs -- there indeed is no support that I know of, though
it will be supported "in the future". I suggest you use the original
Mule instead -- it work fine for RTL Hebrew editing.
