Well, I found an application for you - but it's for 30 days:
Router, NAT, Firewall, Proxy Server with improved cache, Mail Server,
DHCP Server, DNS Server - thats what it does and it's for 30 days - u
can download it (and a simpler version without all the servers) at:

You can also try Wingate, but that means to change every program
(Netscape, Telnet, IRC, etc) - at www.wingate.com
