Use default Xsesion to fire upt kde session, and make users delete their
xsession (kde uses other files to save defaults)
Or, if you want it to be somewhat more under users control, put default
'.xsession'||'.xinitrc' in /etc/skel and user adduser script to add users
(or useradd utility).
