There's also Bank Of Israel web site, but don't you think it's directly
connected to the BOI computers or that many workers of the Bank work with
it? ;)

EB>> so they can place a form on their web, and later read it. no need to read

EB>> btw, what's the diff if they read mails from hotmail or from their
EB>> own mail server?

"Their own mail server" means direct connection to the internet there, and
infrastructure to connect various "yehidot" to it, etc. Hotmail account
means that one can just come home, connect with dialup to netvision and
get mail. Moreover, I suppose that IDF has no official policy about
Internet and their place in it. They could give .idf.il mailbox to every
"yehida", but imagine amount of paperwork, arrangement, policies,
meetings, etc. necessary to settle this? It'd be better to hint every
yehida that needs it (and they are not too many) about existance of
hotmail and forget about it.

Not that it all is only my silly theoretising - I've never seen IDF
computer units, their systems, etc. - and I really don't want to. And I'm
offtopic again.
