If your people have PCI Sparcs on their desktop then the best solution
for you might be to install Sun's PCi cards (don't remember the exact
name). These cards are basically PC on a peripheral PCI card which
can be stuck inside a Sun PCI-based Sparc workstation and run Windows
inside a window under Solaris.
