For sendmail it's /etc/virtmaps and clauses in config files (I can write
mine, but I'm not sure it'll fit your config, better read the docs about
enabling it), for qmail - /var/qmail/control/virtualdomains. It works
differently - sendmail relays to other mailbox and qmail adds name- before
address.
