last time we discussed it, the best estimate for this mailing list was
something around 300 people, let's not kid ourselfs that there are only
300 programers in this country (plus, not all the people here are
programers, and from those that are, how many have the appropriate
qualifications ? I sure as hell don't ! ;-> )
