Neither version of Ntescape is stable. 4.5x crahes less often than 4.x and
3.x, though YMMV.
As for viewing hebrew pages - if it's in visual, any version with hebrew
font (either from hebrew fonts pack or from TFF) will go. If it's logical
- neither of official ones. Eli Marmor has some "Hebrew Netscape", but I
don't know if it's available and where.
