|We got some rather attractive FR proposal from Bezeq Beinleumi. Seems
|that all of those companies want to be ISPs. Interesting, because when
|Bezeq tried it on the dialup market, they had turned it down. I wonder,
|when (if?) Bezeq loses their monopoly on internal market, will they try it
|again? 

Bezeq was chased away from this market (rightfully, IMHO) by the
ministry of communucations because they are a monopoly in the internal
wire phone network and can break anyone else because they are the only
ones allowed to supply the infrastructure.
