RH init scripts bug

Hi.
RedHat 5.2 has the following minor yet annoying bug:

Card services (pcmcia) are started, by default, after the network
(S10network and S54pcmcia in /etc/rc3.d/). This means that network
does not start on laptop boot (or other boxen that have PC-Card
NICs).
The fix is trivial, but not for people who aren't used to tweaking
init scripts.

My Q: can anyone with RH 5.9 / 6 check if this was fixed, before I
report it?
