Load makes hitting this issue more likely. We're testing a fix right now
that is related to the scheduling priority of the processes during the
shutdown phase.

Your list is not growing, and the items are always different. This is
quite harmless.

This obviously isn't.
You can try to set "send_join: 40" and possibly reduce window_size to
30.
