I also tested/debug resource agent as in the link:
http://clusterlabs.org/wiki/Debugging_Resource_Failures setting
OCF_RESKEY_monitor_sipuri=sip:[email protected] it is returning me the code 0
i.e. ocf success.

Please advise, what steps need to be done to overcome this issue.
