For the bug report: I had some less exciting support experience recently that 
went like this: Provide info, provide more info, try this, try that, ... and 
then either nothing for weeks, or the same information that had been sent 
before already is requested again. I have to balance the time invested against 
the benefit I receive. It will be on my list of lower priority tasks, sorry to 
say.
