I've added these two lines to my ha.cf:

ucast eth2 fd54:5c46:fa52:1:20c:29ff:fef2:fd0f
ucast eth2 fd54:5c46:fa52:1:20c:29ff:feaa:dc7b

But all I get is errors.

What IPv6 address syntax does heartbeat expect with ucast?
