I suspect you used a translation program. Your question is a little hard 
to understand. I hope you can understand my reply. :)

If you are setting up a new project, please don't use heartbeat. It is 
no longer developed and it has no future. You should use corosync and 
pacemaker.

Under pacemaker, there is a good tutorial called "Clusters from Scratch";

It shows you exactly how to setup a virtual IP. If you have trouble with 
this, please reply and include your configuration and any helpful error 
messages.
