I have been reading the Pacemaker user guide. It says when
adding an IP address to manager, use this command:
crm configure primitive ClusterIP ocf:heartbeat:IPaddr2 \
params ip=192.168.9.101 cidr_netmask=32 \
op monitor interval=30s
Does that mean heartbeat is being used to detect
when to move the IP address to the standby server?
