Oops, that's not what I intended to do, I guess I replied just in stead of all. Corrected now :-) Anyway, if the NICs are oversaturated I guess they don't make good heartbeat devices. Changing to TCP would ensure delivery, but maybe not delivery on time. How about adding dedicated NICs for the heartbeat?
