Andrew graciously posted a CIB snipit for the vmware stonith here, however I still don't quite know how to make heads or tails of it.
I'm looking for a resource I can read thru that explains stonith a bit more, with some examples; as it's still somewhat confusing to me. Should I have one stonith device per physical machine, with a clone per PhysicalMachine's VM that's bound to each node via a location rule? What does the 'livedangerously' parameter do? How would I ssh from the VM to the vmware host as a user other than root? Just put [EMAIL PROTECTED] as the host? How do I test that it's working properly? I was hoping to extrapolate how to put the pieces together from just a CIB snipit, but I don't quite understand how it should work, and I'd like to feel a little more confident in my configuration than I do now :) If there's a resource around that explains it, I'd love to see it. I've got a total of 4 vms on 2 physical boxes. The VMs are the elements of the cluster. The vmware "dom0" are not members of the cluster.
