apache returned OCF_ERR_INSTALLED on www1test. This means _NEVER_ run it there again. So if you stop www2test - it has nowhere left to run.

After you rename (basically: make your service run again with whatever action you have to do for that) you should cleanup the resource on that node.

crm_resource -C -r $res $H $node
