What do you mean by bootstraped image for noble? The basefile? There's already the basefile for noble available at http://fai-project.org/download/basefiles/
Or you can just use this script on any Debian/Ubuntu machine https://fai-project.org/download/basefiles/mk-basefile -- best regards Thomas
