I may be full during the isntallation, but there may be free space at
the end of the installation, because FAI calls apt-get clean which
removes some downloaded packages.
Try to make th /var partition (or /) bigger.

When installing packages, apt-get or aptitude determines the order of
packages, not FAI classes.
