First, I need more of your fai-make-nfsroot.log. Maybe put this onto
paste.debian.net. It's important to see more than you have provided.

The main fai-make-nfsroot log: http://paste.debian.net/174450

The messages generated from pxebooting the server: http://paste.debian.net/174459

Use the configuration of the fai-doc package. This should work with
wheezy and jessie. I would also recomment that you use FAI 4.3.2 with
jessie.

If building your nfsroot does not work yet, you can use the nfsroot
provided at
http://fai-project.org/download/misc/nfsroot-generic-3.16.0-0.bpo.4.tar.xz
Extract this into /srv/fai/nfsroot, then call fai-make-nfsroot -a and
copy the vmlinux and initrd to your tftp directory.
