Hi Robert,
thanks a lot!
I just went over your new wiki page.
I will test it, when I find some time.

Small note concerning problems with NFS v4 in NFS section:
When switching my FAI server from Debian squeeze to wheezy, I had also much trouble with NFSv4 (exports, idmapd)... Finally I got it to work without creating a "dummy directory", I just had to give a different fsid to each export:

...
/srv/fai/config 130.92.143.73/255.255.255.0(fsid=0,async,ro,no_subtree_check) /srv/fai/nfsroot 130.92.143.73/255.255.255.0(fsid=1,async,ro,no_subtree_check,no_root_squash) /srv/fai/config_squeeze 130.92.143.73/255.255.255.0(fsid=2,async,ro,no_subtree_check) /srv/fai/config_ubuntu 130.92.143.73/255.255.255.0(fsid=3,async,ro,no_subtree_check)
...

This setup works fine on my wheezy server for squeeze, wheezy and Ubuntu trusty clients

Regards
René

The Wiki is now updated [1].

My question about 'updating the Wiki page' was more meant towards 'what
to do with the current page?'. Initially I wanted to overwrite the
current page describing Ubuntu 12.04 and FAI 3.4.8, but now I've moved
this information to a separate page so the information is not lost [2].

Please help testing the instructions and direct all questions,
discoveries, suggestions and what else you can think of to this thread!

Thanks,

Robert
